Contamination
Guilty Pleasures regular Luigi Cozzi (Starcrash, Hercules) steers into the horror genre for his 1980 film Contamination.
Hot on the heels of then-recent hit Alien (of which Contamination may or may not be cashing in on), Cozzi’s tale sees alien eggs being discovered in New York, and only a government scientist, a Brooklyn cop and a disgraced astronaut can foil their plans to take over the planet.
Expect the usual low-budget SFX and B-movie dialogue which we’ve come to love from Cozzi’s films in this delightful schlocker! SE
