Cork International Film Festival selected for flagship RAISE Accelerate Programme

Cork International Film Festival is delighted to have been selected for the flagship RAISE Accelerate programme 2021, having been a part of the RAISE Tier 2 programme in 2020.

The Arts Council’s RAISE programme is focused on growing private investment to the arts in Ireland by embedding a culture of sustainable philanthropy and private investment across participating organisations. The programme was launched to develop the fundraising capability for arts organisations by delivering the skills and resources to build robust, sustainable organisations. The RAISE programme is delivered through fundraising and philanthropy advisors O’Kennedy Consulting.

Having delivered the first two phases of the RAISE programme, the Arts Council invited organisations to submit an application to participate in Phase 3 through a newly developed three-tiered suite of opportunities: RAISE Academy, RAISE Accelerate and RAISE Advance. As part of the RAISE Accelerate programme, CIFF will receive access to a range of supports, including bespoke workshops and one-to-one mentoring.

The four other organisations selected are Fishamble: The New Play Company, The Ark Dublin, Irish Architecture Foundation and The Everyman in Cork. Hearty congratulations to all selected, and enormous thanks to the Arts Council for this wonderful opportunity and their continued support.
