*EXTRA INDUSTRY EVENT ADDED*

Cork International Film Festival / X-Pollinator Panel: Focus on Tailored Films

Cork International Film Festival has partnered with X-Pollinator to host a panel with one of Ireland’s most exciting female-led production companies, Tailored Films.

After an incredible year which has seen Ali Abbasi’s The Apprentice, starring Sebastian Stan, Jeremy Strong and Maria Bakalova, premiere in competition at Cannes Film Festival; Chris Andrews’ Bring Them Down, starring Christopher Abbott and Barry Keoghan, premiere at Toronto International Film Festival and win Best Picture at Fantastic Fest; and Irish teen drama Louise Lives Large on RTÉ – we will sit down with producers Ruth Treacy and Julianne Forde for a discussion on how they got started, what challenges and successes they have faced, and how they select and fund projects on their slate.

SUN 10 NOV | Arrival / Registration 13:45 | Event start time 14:00

Joyce Suite, The Metropole Hotel, MacCurtain Street, Cork, T23 EEC3
