Digital Reporting Charter

The Cinema Consortium Digital Project is a digital capacity-building project, funded by an Arts Council Capacity Building Grant, for the five film organisations in receipt of Arts Council Strategic Funding:

  • Irish Film Institute
  • Galway Film Fleadh
  • Cork International Film Festival
  • Dublin International Film Festival
  • access Cinema

The project is led by digital consultant Jean O’Brien, with support from a range of digital experts.

One of the central pillars of the project is to review how the organisations report on digital activities, and to agree a central reporting framework among the five organisations.

To achieve this goal, we have developed this Digital Reporting Charter for the Consortium to use in their reporting to the Arts Council.

Contents include:

  • Purpose & Process
  • Framework for Measurement & Goals
  • Priority Metrics by Digital Channels
  • Tutorials: Finding the Data
