Tom, Suzanne and Derek are spending their first weekend alone with their Grandpa since their grandma died. At first, the reunion is a sad one. But then Suzanne steps into the role of storyteller, just like Grandma used to do, and the house fills with magical tales of adventure, humour and fantasy. It is a cherished family tradition that everyone adds their own ingredient to the stories, and this helps them all to rediscover the healing power of storytelling.

As joy and laughter return, the children and their grandpa forge a deeper connection, finding solace and strength in their shared memories.

A stop-motion animation wonder about how storytelling can help us navigate life’s challenges with love and imagination.

With live narration in English by actor and podcaster Hilary Rose.
