Irish Language Shorts + Q&A with CIFF at Culture Night/Oíche Chultúir 2022

Sep 07, 2022 |
News

We are proud to present a special online programme celebrating the Irish language on film with two shorts selected from our 66th Festival edition in 2021 followed by a filmmaker Q&A for Culture Night/Oíche Chultúir 2022, Friday, 23rd September.

Available to watch on our Digital Festival Platform, the shorts programme comprises Foxglove, directed by Michael-David McKernan, and Faitíos, directed by Martha Fitzgerald, followed by a special Q&A session with Foxglove‘s Clara Harte and CIFF Senior Programmer Don O’Mahony.

Tá an-áthas orainn na gearrscannáin seo a chur i láthair a cheiliúrann an Ghaeilge. Is ceiliúradh tábhachtach é Oíche Cultúir ar na healaíona agus ar chruthaitheacht in Éirinn agus táimid bródúil as a bheith mar chuid de arís i mbliana. Ar fáil chun féachaint saor in aisce ar líne ó 5in go 10in Dé hAoine, 23 Meán Fómhair. Le tacaíocht ó An tOireachtas.

The programme will be available to watch for FREE online. Book your tickets in advance now and make sure to check back from 5pm to 10pm on Friday, 23rd September. Supported by An tOireachtas.
