Metropolis at Glasgow Cathedral Festival

Bringing together one of cinema’s greatest achievements with one of Scotland’s architectural marvels, Fritz Lang’s Metropolis will be screening at this year’s Glasgow Cathedral Festival. in association with Cork International Film Festival. This special screening will feature a live music ensemble accompanying the 1927 film with a score composed by award-winning musicians and CIFF Alumni, Irene Buckley and Linda Buckley. The show will run on 19th September and 21st September at the Glasgow Cathedral, creating an unforgettable fusion of film, music, and architecture.
