SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN FOR CIFF2024
Submissions for the 69th Cork International Film Festival are officially open.
CIFF recognises filmmakers’ achievements through our 12 Awards, including the Best New Irish Feature Award, proudly supported by The Irish Examiner introduced at CIFF2023, and three Oscar®-qualifying awards. As Ireland’s largest and longest-running film festival, we welcome all forms of film production from fiction to documentary, animation to experimental and more. We look for interesting new voices and work that pushes boundaries, takes risks and we celebrate emerging talent and excellence in filmmaking.
Submit your films via the online submission platform FilmFreeway by the Early Bird Deadline on Saturday, 9th March to avail of discounted submission fees.
“Film festivals matter. Their purpose is to introduce new and unexpected work to each successive generation of filmgoers. And that voice needs not just to be discovered but encouraged and supported,” Oscar®-winning film producer and CIFF Patron Lord David Puttnam
