EXPLORE CLIMATE ACTION THROUGH CIFF GREEN SCREEN: ‘ANIMAL’ + PANEL DISCUSSION
Join us tomorrow evening for the Irish Premiere of the urgent and thought-provoking climate action documentary, Animal, from filmmaker and activist Cyril Dion, as part of CIFF’s Green Screen environmental film and discussion strand.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion presented in partnership with UCC, exploring issues of climate action and environmental activism and sustainability.

Our whistle-stop tour of Europe continues in June, this time with exciting, distinctive short films guest-curated by International Short Film Festival of Cyprus. As one of the most important film festivals in Cyprus, ISFFC is renowned for showcasing current international trends in short films, integrating innovation and creativity, and providing a platform for emerging filmmakers, fortifying its reputation as an audience favourite.
Join us at 6pm, Tuesday, 28th June at The Gate Cinemas, Cork City, and afterwards in the Franciscan Well Bar for a post-screening Film Club chat.

SOMETHING TO WHET YOUR APPETITE: CIFF CULINARY CINEMA @ THE MONTENOTTE HOTEL
Cork International Film Festival is delighted to collaborate with the luxurious Montenotte Hotel to host a special CIFF Culinary Cinema experience where you can watch a foodie cinematic treat specially curated by the Festival in the Montenotte Hotel’s Cameo Cinema Club (pictured above) and then enjoy a sumptuous meal based on the film on Wednesday, 13th July.

DOCS IRELAND FESTIVAL RETURNS
Our IGNITE partners, Docs Ireland, Belfast are hosting their fourth annual Docs Ireland international documentary festival from Wednesday 29th June to Saturday 3rd July. Public audiences and industry professionals will encounter rising stars and seasoned documentary industry experts through masterclasses, workshops, panel discussions and in-conversation sessions among the festival’s many screenings and events.
CATCH CIFF2020’s ‘WOLFWALKERS’ AT THE TRISKEL
You don’t want to miss Wolfwalkers, a stunning Irish animation we had the delight of showing as our Family Gala premiere in CIFF2020. From the creators of The Secret of Kells and Song of the Sea, this special screening takes place on Saturday, 11th June for Crunniú na Óg in the Triskel Arts Centre.
